Surrounded by greatness of the Great Lakes- with more freshwater coastline than any other state- Michigan is a great place to live! January 26th is Michigan’s birthday. We’ll celebrate by having a pure Michigan snack. Learn about the physical features of our pleasant peninsulas, discuss notable nature events in our history, and meet our state symbols. Make your own mittens out of repurposed materials.
