Vernal Equinox - The vernal (or spring) equinox is the time in March when the sun moves across the celestial equator but more importantly it means that spring has finally sprung. Join us as we celebrate the coming of wildflowers, animal activity, and rain by taking a look at how the park transitions from winter to spring. We will get really involved with seed germination by looking at seeds beneath a microscope and then planting a seed of our own to take home!
