Oxford Virtual Academy - Animals from Head to Tail!

Exploring the natural science of biology, we will look at different body parts and body systems of living things. We will learn about what parts make up our bodies and those of other animals, designing our own animal piece by piece throughout the modules. From inside to outside and nose to toes, we'll explore how animals are suited to their environments through observation of living animals and taxidermy. We'll play games using our senses in the ways other animals do, assemble models to show how organs work, and discuss animals who have other ways of using the same parts.

Join us as we investigate the Earth from the inside out! Learn about how the earth moves, land masses form and change shape, the atmosphere around the earth, and different types of cool rocks & minerals!
