Halloween Hoot 2018

Dust off the box of costumes, grab yourself an orange pumpkin to hold some candy, and get ready boys and girls because our favorite fundraiser, The Halloween Hoot, will be creeping onto our trails within the next few full moons. This popular Rochester tradition is one of our favorite ways to feed the animals inside, families will be inducted into the fun inside the nature center where we will be putting together silly animal masks to take out onto the trails. Once complete we venture out into the woods, the evening time slots being illuminated by candles, for several skits, games and interactive stories put on my volunteers, local theater groups, and Dinosaur Hill staff members! Once you emerge from the woods you will find yourself amongst our Halloween Carnival and will be able to win fabulous prizes for competing in games. Lastly, enjoy a bit of time by the campfire with a cider and doughnut. All of this for the low price of $8 a person!

The Halloween Hoot takes places Friday October 19th, Saturday October 20th, and Sunday October 21st with both daytime and nighttime walks available (though we promise to only bring the fun and silly side of Halloween. We leave the scares to professionals). Tickets need to be purchased ahead of time and slots do sell out quickly so follow this handy-dandy link and lock yourself into our favorite annual event!

$8 per person - everyone needs a ticket whether a child or adult.
